Firefox is a premium bicycle brand. Maverick India, an ad agency, was approached for providing 360-degree branding solutions.

Maverick and Firefox started their journey with a positive mindset and attitude towards the competitive market in 2005. Working with a premium brand in the cycling industry was the first of its kind experience for Maverick. Initially, Firefox consulted for B2B communication, then we assisted Firefox in the creation of the brand logo. We have witnessed them growing from a single store to reaching a milestone, with the opening of 300+ stores, and aiming to increase more outlets across India.

Everyday Adventure!

A cycling brand is influencer-driven, and it is essential to be able to leverage social storytelling to create a demand via the end-user. Resources at Maverick India are trained on holistic aspects of a brand-building across B2B and B2C markets. They interestingly capture the brand’s central theme “Everyday Adventure” and smartly manage their brand manuals, brochures, leaflets, posters and other POSM.

How we did it?

We developed a user-centric approach in all creatives with adaptive, contextual content that varies according to the rider’s demographic profiles. Focusing more on experiential marketing and community building, Fire Storm, a once in a year event was planned in multiple places, which became a grand success as we could engage with potential customers for Firefox. Our take was to differentiate the brand with a broad “communication messaging” and give the customer a reason to recall, resonate & purchase.
